Meet Our Team

Dr Ivan Jakopčić has extensive experience in emergency medicine and in treating both acute and non-urgent medical conditions in adults and children. He began his clinical career at the Institute of Emergency Medicine in Novalja, where he later served as Head of the Novalja unit for two years.

Since 2021, he has been specialising in paediatrics at University Hospital Centre Zagreb, further developing his expertise in the care of children and adolescents.

Dr Jakopčić graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Rijeka in 2016. His academic background also includes medical research, international professional exchanges and public health projects, for which he received several recognitions, including the Rector’s Award for scientific activity. He continues his professional and academic development through ongoing medical education and a postgraduate doctoral programme in Biomedicine at the University of Rijeka.

Dr Antonio Vidas has several years of experience in emergency medicine, assessing and treating a wide range of acute medical conditions in both adults and children. He began his clinical career at the Institute of Emergency Medicine in Novalja, where he developed extensive experience in making timely and safe clinical decisions in a demanding emergency care environment.

Through his work in Novalja, he gained first-hand insight into the healthcare needs of domestic and international visitors to the island of Pag. This experience led him and his colleagues to establish CissaMed in 2022, with the aim of providing visitors with accessible, professional and timely medical care during their stay.

Dr Vidas graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Rijeka in 2018. Since 2025, he has also worked at a private clinic in Zagreb, focusing on occupational medicine, preventive and systematic health examinations, health assessments and first-aid training.
